Leasing Requirements

Apply online and be prepared to provide the following information:

1. Completed Application and $50 Processing Fee  from each adult applicants
2. Credit score of 650+
3. Employment Verification
4. Proof of income with current pay stubs or 2 years of tax returns
5. Landlord/s Verification
6. 6 or 12 month lease available on some units

Once we receive all of the above, we will process your application.  If we are missing items, your application will not be processed.  If another application is received we will process the new application if all documentation is in order.
